Frequently Asked Questions
A. Rebate Program
  1. How Do I Start Getting Paid For My Trades?

    Four Easy Steps:

    1. Sign Up for a free profile on this site.
    2. Choose a broker and click the link or icon, then follow the instructions on the next page. You will receive a confirmation email from us when completed. As referrers, your broker pays us a portion of the spread or commission they charge you each time you place a trade. This commission is taken from the broker's marketing budget, so your spreads, costs, and service stay the same!
    3. Visit My Payout Methods in your profile tab and update your payment information.
    4. Begin actively trading the account, and wait for your cash back payments to arrive!

  2. How much cash can I make?

To quickly estimate your total rebate you may use our cash back estimator.

  3. Why it all works?

When you open a trading account with one of our listed brokers through our links, we receive a part of the spread or commission on every trade you make as compensation for introducing you to them. Your spreads, commissions, and execution conditions remain the same as if you opened up directly with the broker. We, in turn, share a portion of our compensation with you in the form of a rebate, as thank you for signing up with us. The rebate you receive is a partial return of your trading costs (spread and/or commission) on winning and/or losing trades, making your trading more profitable.

  4. What is a round turn lot?

A position that has been both opened and closed- a completed trade.

  5. What if my trade loses, do I still receive a rebate?

Yes, you receive a rebate whether you win or lose.

  6. Why can’t I just sign up with the broker directly?

If you sign up direct with a broker, you will not receive rebates. Part of the spread and/or commission profits the broker reserves to pay us (and which we split with you) will be pocketed by the broker instead. Yes, whether you are winning or losing with your trades, the broker wins every time via profits from spreads and commissions charged on your trades.

If you register through us as your introducing broker, the broker will pay us a commission per every trade you make for introducing you, and we in turn will share a portion of our compensation with you as a rebate.

  7. If I am already profitable from trading, why do I need a rebate?

Receiving a rebate makes your trading even more profitable. Paying a spread and/or a commission adds up over the life of an active account, why not minimize these costs as much as possible through our quality rebate program.

  8. Will my Spreads and/or Commissions increase if I open an account through you?

Never! When you open an account through us, your spreads and commissions will be EXACTLY the same as those offered on the broker's website.

How so? The broker pays the introducing broker (us) part of the spread as compensation for referring a trader to them. The trader gets access to the same tight spreads that are available to all other clients of the brokerage. We, in turn, share a potion of our compensation with our clients as a cash refund on every trade they take; as a way of saying thank you for signup up through us.

Thus, you will receive exactly the same spreads, commission, execution, and other levels of service from your chosen Forex broker as if registering direct with that broker.

The only difference is that, by opening your account through us, you will receive cash back!

  9. Do you have access to my account?

We have no authorization to access your account, as we are partnered with brokers as an introducing broker and not as a money manager. You will receive the same spreads, commission, execution and other levels of service from your selected broker as if you registered directly with it.

  10. Why should I follow instructions and register to get cash back?

The instructions for opening an account at each broker are designed to ensure the brokerage firm recognizes us as your referrer. This allows us to collect volume based commission for having "introduced" you as a client. This commission is then used to provide your cash back rebates. When you register on our site, we can associate your brokerage account(s) with you and the payment information you provide.

  11. How Do I Know This is For Real?

You may independently verify our status as an active introducing broker with the firms we partner with. Most firms we have worked with for years. We have offered cash back to our clients for many years and you should have little difficulty finding a trader who has used our service and can offer you some personal experience as to how we do business. You might also look at various user review sites like http://forexpeacearmy.com to see what clients have had to say about us.

  12. Can I get cash back on a broker I already have an account with?

In most cases, yes. Please visit the individual broker pages for more details on how to receive cash back on an existing account.

  13. Can I get cash back on brokers not listed on the website?

Yes, we do work with some brokers that for legal reasons or otherwise, are not listed on our site but for whom we can provide rebates.

Additionally, we are always looking to create partnerships with leading firms, and we are making deals on a weekly basis. These deals take time to mature so the broker partnership you are seeking may be in progress now.

Please feel free to contact us and tell us about your favorite broker, if they are not currently listed with us.

Note: we are careful about what firms we deal with and will not add any broker just to advertise a "wide selection." We have many years of experience in the Forex industry, and know of many firms engaged in stealing or cheating clients. We will not deal with such firms.

  14. Does opening up with a particular account size, platform, or trading with a particular currency or lot size, matter?

    None of these things matter.

Deposit size doesn’t matter: we accept every client, no matter how big or small your account is. Our service is FREE for all traders. There may be a small initial deposit minimum from the broker’s side; this amount varies between brokers.

Trade size doesn’t matter: you can open a mini or micro lot and you will get rebates according to the size of your trades.

Platform doesn’t matter: We are able to pay rebates for all platforms offered with most of the brokers we partner with. There are some exceptions; however we are constantly working in expanding the selection of platforms available to receive rebates.

Currency doesn’t matter: you earn rebates regardless of the currency pairs offered.

  15. Can I open a demo account?

Absolutely! We think it is always a good idea to test your strategy, idea and/or broker conditions with a demo account. When you feel confident enough to begin trading for real, come back to our website to open a live trading account and begin receiving your rebates.

  16. Can I have multiple trading accounts at brokers?

Yes, you may have as many trading accounts as you desire at each broker, unless the broker has its own limitation on how many accounts a trader can have.

  17. Policy: Multiple User Profiles Restriction

Clients may only register one user profile (not to be confused with broker accounts, these are unlimited). If multiple user profiles for the same user are discovered, all the details of all the profiles beyond the first will be added back to the first profile and the remaining profiles will be disabled.

B. Payment Information
  1. What payment methods, along with minimum accumulation and associated fees, are offered?

Currently we offer PayPal, Skrill (Moneybookers), Neteller, SticPay and Bank Wire as payment methods, and the fees and min payment amounts are displayed in the table below:

As you can see, most payment methods other than bank wire incur no fee.

We set a min accumulation of $200 for bank wire payments because the wire transfer fee is $25 for US, $40 for international.

For more details please signup, login and visit Payment Methods.

  2. How do I provide my payment information?

Go to My Profile button and click on Payment Options.

You will see a screen that looks like this:

If you are interested in PayPal, click Add Payment Method in Options column of PayPal, which will bring up a box like this:
Set your Min Payment Amount ($), which is the threshold of your account balance that needs to be reached before a payment may be sent out. Setting it at $50, for instance, means that when your Profile Balance (Unpaid Earnings) reaches $50, your total balance ($50 USD or more) will be sent to your PayPal account without fees. You can view your Profile Overviews, showing your Unpaid Earnings along with Net Earnings Paid Out, in My Profile / My Rebates.

Note: There are no minimum earnings you must generate to receive cash back. If you have selected a payment method requiring a minimum payment and your account balance is below this, your account balance will carry over until either you change the payment method and a payment is issued, or your account balance reaches the amount required to issue payment.

  3. When do I see my earnings appear in my Profile Balance?

You will typically see your unpaid earnings accumulate from the previous months trading activity in your Profile Balance (Unpaid Earnings), located in My Profile/My Rebates, by the 10th of the following month for the previous month of trading.

For instance, if you opened an account on May 5th and began trading, your earnings for trades closed through the end of May will typically appear by June 10th.

  4. When do I get paid from my unpaid earnings accumulating in my profile Balance?

Our goal is for all payments to be processed by the 12th of the month following the trading month and if the date falls on a weekend or Holiday, payment will be processed on the next working day. Due to special broker related matters there may be delays in receiving accurate reporting information from some brokers for some of their product groups.

Wire payments will be automatically sent by the 12th of the month when applicable, a second wire will be sent upon request for credits processed after the 12th.

Important Note: Payments are only processed for your Account Balance (Unpaid Earnings) when they exceed the custom minimum setting you have established for your profile and the minimum balances required for the payment method you have selected.

  5. Can You Deposit Directly Into My Trading Account?

A handful of brokers currently allow for direct or automatic rebate crediting after closed trades into your trading account. Please review the rebate options available for each broker on the broker compare or broker detail pages.

  6. Why have I not received my rebate payments?

You may have not received your rebate payments due to these reasons:

    1. You have not contacted us to verify your account by clicking the button ”NOTIFY US OF YOUR NEW ACCOUNT HERE” located at the bottom of the window labelled "To Open a New Account and Receive Cash Back".
    2. You have not inputted your payment information (please see FAQ B.2. directly above)
    3. You have selected a Minimum Payment Amount for your unpaid earnings and this amount has not yet been reached (please see “Minimum Payment Amount” column in chart in FAQ B.2. directly above).
    4. Your current balance is not enough to issue a payment according to our minimum payment amounts for your selected payment method (please see 2nd to last paragraph in FAQ B.2. directly above).
    5. There has been a delay in receiving accurate reporting information from your brokers product group (please see FAQ B.4. for a listing of delayed broker product groups).
Please feel free to contact us should you need any assistance with this or any other matter.

  7. What if I disagree with the amount of rebates I have received?

If you feel there is a mistake, we will be happy to investigate further. Please send us a copy of your broker account statement with the request to have the rebates reviewed.

  8. Can you pay my rebates in currencies other than USD?

Currently we only offer rebates in USD.
